Growing up in Adrmore, Oklahoma,  Evangelist Lynn Franklin was the eldest of the children living at home. Evangelist Franklin was raised by her loving parents Velma, & Bobby Berrymand as well as her step-father George Franklin, in her adult life.  Two sisters Frances and Barbara, two brothers Benny and Victor.  I became aware of God at an early age, as I learned to love church, which I attended with my grandmother.  I remembered prayer in my young years. I prayed each night as I was on my way home from my grandmother's house, because it was extremely dark.  That was the time I experienced the true love of God.  It was like a warm blanket that covered me as I walked home, oh what love and protection!

As the eldest at home, my sisters were as my own children to me, and I felt it was my respsonisibility to protect them as I would often remember my experience with the Lord. I knew the Lord was the best protector of all, and I have spent many years in the service for the Lord.  I praise God for saving and answering my families prayers.  During the dark times in my life, sin was a burden to me and the call to ministry was constantly on my life.  Praise God for his grace & mercy, as I was licensed as a missionary and two years later, as an Evangelist.  I thank God for allowing me to now be the Assistant Pastor of Spirit & Life, as well as being involved in my life long passion of feeding the hungry.

I thank God for countless people in my life, whom I love dearly.

As I approach my senior years, I realize life is short and soon to pass are the only things done for Christ will last.
