Church Structure & Protocols (Hotel)
- Please be mindful that a hotel is a place of business and to be proper and appropriate at all times in terms of conduct.
- Please (ALL MEMBERS) do not address the front desk of the hotel or any employees regarding help, needs, questions or concerns for or regarding Spirit & Life World Ministries Church at any time. This is the sole responsibility of the Senior Pastor Bryant McNeal and/or whoever he appoints that day for that particular task. Pastor Lynn Franklin and Pastor Catherine McNeal will be fully informed in this regard as to who is on duty to address the hotel concerning any matters.
- Please be mindful that a hotel has people coming in and out, thus, children must be the total responsibility of their parent and/or legal guardian/caretaker. Spirit & Life World Ministries Church is not legally responsible for your child’s safety and whereabouts’ unless you have left them in the care and/or custody of the leader/teacher in charge of that department/ministry. Again, the sole responsibly of each child belongs to the parent and/or legal guardian/caretaker.
- Please NO loud talking, roaming, running or playing in the hotel as well as on parts of the hotels property including the parking area, at NO time.
- Please remember if you bring anything that has the potential to be discarded as trash or non-essential to you, understand, it is your sole responsibility to discarded that item or take it with you as you head to your means of transport/vehicle.
- Please remember that all bathrooms in a hotel are for public usage, thus, your children and those who are under (18) should ALWAYS be under each parent and/or legal guardian/caretakers sole supervision and responsibility. In addition, it is up to you (parent and/or legal guardian/caretaker), who you entrust that responsibility too at any time due to foreseen and/or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, remember others are using the hotel for event purposes and your respect and kindness is expected at all times.
- Please all (pastors, ministers, leaders and members), never use any meeting rooms and/or space or make special request of the hotel that have not been previously approved by the Senior Pastor. Everything we use in terms of rooms and/or space has an expense. Remember we are in a place of business.
- Please keep in mind, as we move forward as a church, it is vital that we “do all things decently and in order” 1 Corinthians 14:40, thus, it is the commitment of Spirit & Life World Ministries in/with this document, to, protect, make aware and safeguard (all members of Spirit & Life, visitors, ministry activities, and hotel concerns as well as the integrity and image/face of God’s great church).
